This workout consists of 2 rounds of jumps which can be mastered even as a beginner. Between the tricks we'll do side swings. If you want to make it easier you can use them as a break, if you want to make it harder you can continue jumping the trick before. Let the ropes swing ♥︎

ROPE LENGTH
The length of the rope should be somewhere between your hip and armpit. As a beginner it's better to have it longer and as an advanced you can make it shorter. Try to keep your elbows close to your body and swing from your wrists.
