The story follows Ricky Ho, a quiet but immensely powerful young man, who is sentenced to 10 years in a maximum-security prison for manslaughter after avenging his girlfriend's death.
Once inside, Ricky discovers that the prison is ruled by sadistic wardens and the notorious "Gang of Four" — a brutal group of inmates who enforce the corrupt warden’s will. Despite being outnumbered and frequently tortured, Ricky refuses to bow down to the system. Using his superhuman strength, martial arts mastery, and unbreakable will, he begins dismantling the oppressive regime from within.
Through flashbacks, we learn Ricky was trained in a secret martial art called Qigong, which grants him incredible resilience and strength. As Ricky battles his way through increasingly grotesque and bloody fights, he becomes a symbol of justice for the other inmates. The violence escalates into over-the-top, gory showdowns featuring exploding heads, ripped torsos, and crushed skulls — all delivered with exaggerated comic-book style brutality.
Ultimately, Ricky defeats the warden, who transforms into a monstrous version of himself. In the film’s climactic finale, Ricky literally punches through the prison wall and walks out into freedom, symbolizing the collapse of the corrupt system. The film is a wild blend of extreme gore, martial arts, and satire, earning it a devoted cult following.
