We did a podcast on our postpartum experience and discussed whether or not postpartum depression played a part. We all know how the first few months after birth can be testing, and this is the first time we have spoken about it properly. The conversation ended up lasting over two hours and got a lot deeper than we expected.
This is one of the parts we have agreed to share.
We always aim to have honest and open conversations on this channel and do our best to explore all angles and perspectives. We appreciate that this is a sensitive topic and in no way aim to downplay anyone's lived experience. This is simply our experience and how we choose to navigate through such difficulties.
