Due to heavy distortion caused by overloading the recording equipment and the enthusiastic applause from the audience, it was not possible for me to transcribe the complete coda.

This is my MIDI transcription of the music above, played on my PC using a software piano instrument. Any performance flaws or musical issues in this video are due to my limited transcription skills and inexperience with MIDI software.
