Ashley Tisdale shared an empowering message to social media amid the public fallout from her recent essay on parting ways with her “toxic mom group." The singer appeared to keep her focus squarely on her professional ventures, teasing the launch of an upcoming project involving her lifestyle brand Being Frenshe. In a video posted on Instagram Jan. 9, Ashley, 40, put her yoga prowess on display, carefully shifting positions with her silhouette displayed against the backdrop of a desert terrain. “Find your strength within,” she wrote alongside the teaser clip, tagging her brand. Days earlier, the Disney alum—who shares daughters Jupiter, 4, and Emerson, 16 months, with husband Christopher French—detailed her decision to leave her circle of fellow moms, alleging she gradually felt “frozen out of the group” as she caught glimpses of the other members hanging out without her on social media.
And while Ashley didn’t name any of the members of her former clique, social media users quickly noted that she previously shared glimpses of herself bonding with other celebrity moms including Hilary Duff, Meghan Trainor and Mandy Moore.
