So far, September has been perfect for ocean fishing in small boats On Labor Day, Nereida caught a nice Coho salmon in spite of hordes of jellyfish gunking up our gear. Now we go out again. Maybe it's my turn.
It was strange to look down and see no fish finder. I'd set it on the trailer fender, only for a moment of course, and forgot about it. It fell off in the highway before we cleared Garibaldi and a young man found it. He saw my post on the Tillamook County Community Facebook page. I hadn't yet met up with him to recover it when we went out this time.
