2012 Honda Civic 1.8L - Update on upcoming maintenance

So we’re gonna go ahead and replace so the maintenance reminder came up so it states that we need to replace the oil and oil filter the air filter filters as an intake engine, air intake, air filter, and cabin air filter. I do a drain and refill on the transmission fluid it wants us to change the coolant. The car has 171,000+ miles on it so I’m gonna go ahead and change out the thermostat and the water pump just for preventing maintenance. I don’t want the car overheating and then calm me up saying damn my car overheated I don’t wanna hear that The serpentine belt we’re gonna go ahead and replace that in idler pulley the last time I did a oil change. I know a lot of oil on the oil pan further upon further inspection I noticed that the valve spool or the VTEC gasket that was leaking so we will go ahead and replace that gasket. Also, the valve cover gasket was leaking Too so we’re gonna go ahead and replace a valve cover gasket and the TPMS sensor the driver side rear that’s not responsive anymore so we’ll go ahead and replace that sensor to and I think that should be it. He should be caught up with his maintenance. Yeah that should be.
