Always have been! Yes, for some weird reason, all the SPD rangers in power rangers: legacy wars ARE 6th rangers, out of most of the seasons, this one has gotten 3 leaders, yet all of them have ended up being a 6th ranger instead of 1 of the original or "main" squad. But that doesn't mean they don't count as an SPD ranger, so why not make them a theme! A nice 1 too!
