I worked for a bank for a year before being laid off. The people there were clinically crazy, I tell one story. I tell of Adam the Woo's influence on me, even though I was not a subscriber, but it is hard to say there is no effect or inspiration. I even mention The Philly Captain in my quest to name-drop. I should have mentioned German in Venice too along the same lines. Basically I watch people who remind me of myself a bit.
I then walk around downtown Birmingham and give a sampling of observations and history.
