A Rough Week - 5 Things I Had To Start Doing To Survive 69 & Beyond

5 crucial things I had to change to survive. I had a very rough week...my very close friend's husband filed for divorce after 39 years of marriage...and her sorrow is mine. But she is doing much better this weekend. This video was sparked by feeling down and realizing how fast I get back up...and I want to share these things I do to help me really live a better life. I share with you this crazy week I had voting, medical tests, and doing a lot of walking by the river and thinking things through.

My grandfather was the biggest influence in my life and he taught me the importance of a swing-and-miss compared to the failure of never making it up to bat.
