Forever Island is a circular journey that has its starting and ending point in Procida, an island from Napoli but also a symbol of a dreamy state of mind.

The photographer Ingrid Ferrer and the musician Núria Graham have been collaborating in the art of Núria’s latest album, Cyclamen. As Núria does in her songs, this film explores the relationship between humans and nature by observing and approaching people who somehow relate directly with the landscape in their daily life. Those portraits are shown along with the most imposing forces in nature, constantly contrasting the mundaneness and the spirituality during the visual piece.

The images were shot intuitively and spontaneously while interacting with local people and exploring the area.

The film also aims to portray the strength of local communities and pretends to be a space of alienation from urban life.
