In today's video we work on the second printer from our customer. This printer is a videojet dataflex 6420 107mm printer. This print came in with the ribbon falling off of one of the mandrels. We assembled everything and turned the unit on to find that the screen would not light up!!! But the LED was working. This is a tell tale sign of a bad main pcb. After we swap that out we start working on the ribbon break error. If you haven't already seen our great video about ribbon break you should check that out now. We fix that and get our customer the printer back ASAP
