MEAL PLAN PROCESS:
1. Freezer inventory
2. Check calendar for special dates, meals out, working late etc, holidays
3. Pay day treat?
4. Add freezer meals
5. New recipes at weekends/ when you have more time to cook and experiment
6. Add staple meals into the rest of the days
