Best Budget Roof Rack for the Bronco? Hooke Road Install + First Impressions

Today I upgraded the roof rack and added side MOLLE panels to my 2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks, and let me just say… I should’ve done this way sooner.

I originally had the DV8 roof rack installed, but I wasn’t a fan of the design or the lack of T-slots—especially for mounting camping and overlanding gear. The Hooke Road roof rack solves all of that AND costs way less. After installing it, I’m honestly blown away by the quality and the overall design. It’s solid, looks clean, and the T-slot rails make it way easier to mount my recovery boards, solar panel, awning, and whatever else I bring on the trail.
