Use the demonstrative pronoun هذا with the single male
هذا ولد this is a boy
Use the demonstrative pronoun هذه with the single female
هذه بنت this is a girl

The dual is the noun that indicate two
add ان at the end of the noun
ولد boy -- والدان two boys
شجرة tree - شجرتان two trees
Use the demonstrative pronoun هاذان with the dual male
هاذان ولدان these are two boys
Use the demonstrative pronoun هاتان with the dual female
هاتان بنتان these are two girls

the plural in Arabic can be 3 types
regular male جمع المذكر السالم
add ون to the end
معلم teacher - معلمون teachers

regular female جمع المؤنث السالم
add ات to the end
مدرسة female teacher - مدرسات female teacher

you have to memorize them , sorry , hhhhhh

Use the demonstrative pronoun هؤلاء with the plural , if it indicates people
هؤلاء رجال - these are men
هؤلاء - مدرسون these are teachers
هؤلاء فتيات - these are girls
