When my Motion of Limine for evidentiary standards was denied on Friday, I needed to shift my Defense from focusing on Standards 1.04/1.05 to now proving PAS doesn't exist and represents a violation of 2.04, 9.01, 5.04, and 3.04. This will take time away from my Defense under Standard 1.04/1.05 to prove the obvious. I have re-worked all my Exhibits to reflect that I now must also prove the obvious, that PAS is a violation of 2.04 Bases for Scientific and Professional Judgments, 9.01 Bases for Assessment, 5.04 Media Presentations, and 3.04 Avoiding Harm.
