I have to figure out better video editing. Anyway, here is how I do the ZF GY XP farm. I've added mounted and unmounted runs to show that it can be done both ways. I've got 3 epics in 1 day while leveling and many blue BOEs all of them in the high 30s level range

It can be done at level 40, but it's much more difficult without a mount due to crushing blows and the possibility of getting dazed.

YOU HAVE TO HAVE COWER ON YOUR PET SO MOBS DONT RESET AFTER FD
I use rank 1 cower to save training points for more important things like stam, armor, and shadow resist.

Get aggro back from your pet using rank 1 mend pet.

How to ALWAYS succeed with FD:
I click the closest mob coming to me on the long wall. when my abilities turn red I know that they are far enough away for me to feign and not get resisted.

Trap placement on the short wall:
It doesn't have to be very far; I usually go about halfway on the short wall.

How to group the mobs tightly:
When most of the pack reaches the part where the short wall meets the dirt, I like to jump back and forth fast for about five or so jumps.

imp feign death
Trap mastery is more important at the lower lever and falls off as you get higher.

Bestial swiftness and pathfinding are nice to have to speed up runs.

Gear considerations:
I chose to have "Of the Whale" gear (Stam+Spirit). Int can be good, but you should be able to regen enough mana.

Ghetto hearth macro without inviting an alt.
