食材
泰国糯米 - 1杯 (洗净沥干水份)
干香菇 - 3朵(泡软洗净切丝)
金瓜 - 1碗(大概200克)
嫩姜 - 4片
素三层肉 - 10片(可省略)
香菇水/水 - 1杯+3汤匙(根据米的性质自行调整水量)
调味
素蚝油 - 1汤匙
黑酱油 - 1-2汤匙
胡椒粉 - 适量
盐 / 酱油 - 适量
Portion: 2-3 servings
Ingredients
Thai glutinous rice - 1cup (wash and drain)
Dry shiitake mushroom - 3pcs (soak, washed and sliced)
Pumpkin - 1bowl (approx 200g)
Young ginger - 4 slices
Vegetarian layer meat - 10pcs (optional)
Mushroom water / Water - 1cup + 3tbsp (adjust the amount based on the texture of glutinous rice)
Seasoning
Vegetarian osyter sauce - 1tbsp
Dark soy sauce - 1-2tbsp
Pepper - a dash
Salt / light soy sauce - to taste
