It’s one of the most recognizable and historic buildings in Las Vegas. J Dapper's The Dapper Company bought the theater in 2021 with plans to revitalize it along with the Huntridge neighborhood. On April 7, 2023 the Huntridge Theater’s sign lit up for the first time since it closed in 2004. The community came out to the lighting ceremony to begin creating new memories at this historic landmark.
