It’s time to level up! 💪 This UPPER BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT takes everything we did in Week 1 and pushes it further with new exercise variations to challenge your shoulders, back, chest, and arms in fresh ways. In just under 30 minutes, you’ll build upper body strength, endurance, and power using only dumbbells.
