It's the last page squeezing video of the year! An extra long one of just over 1 hour. 🙂
How are the holiday preparations coming along for everyone? Not surprisingly, the holiday period, with all the organising it requires, is known for leading to a spike in stress and anxiety levels for many of us. One of my friends wears a sweater that says "''Tis the Season to Be Stressed Out". Another one is planning to feign a bout of laryngitis so she doesn't have to converse with her family at the dinner table.
We all feel the pressure. We all try to find ways to cope. Booze, Airpods, focussing on a stain on the wall, reciting Buddhist mantras... We've all been there.
Perhaps this little video can help to alleviate some of that pre-Christmas stress and let you, albeit temporarily, sink into a blissful state of rest and peace. 💤😴
