He gives a magnificent performance that is not only powerful, but most touching as well to his many loyal admirers. As we all know now, the great man himself was extremely ill during the filming of the 'Memoirs'. Jeremy's performance as the 'Dying Detective' is seared into my memory. I wish to thank Jeremy, for all the strength, courage and love he showed so many people throughout his life. In my eyes, he has no equal, and he shines constantly as a reminder to me to hold myself to a higher standard as a person. He is ageless, timeless, and continues to raise us up even now. If anything be the true measure of a man, Jeremy truly set the measure himself.
