I wanted to do this for a long time. The blade is forged from an old sportscar coil spring
This small katana sword has a handle made with a springbok horn, and a sculpted piece of brass. I sculpted the brass piece trying to recreate the pattern of the horn, and soldered copper with tin.
The leather sheath is made with 4mm thick leather.

Je voulais faire ça depuis longtemps. La lame est forgée à partir d'un vieux ressort de voiture.
Ce (petit) katana a un manche en corne de springbok et une pièce en laiton sculptée. J'ai sculpté la pièce en laiton pour recréer le motif de la corne, et soudé du cuivre à l'étain sur le dessus.
L'étui est fait en cuir de 4 mm d'épaisseur.
