The journey began in Thane, as I packed my essentials, fueled up my car, and hit the highway. Driving solo on such a long trip was a new experience for me, and the prospect of a solo adventure added an extra layer of excitement. The destination was clear—the mesmerizing white desert of the Rann of Kutch—but I decided to break the journey into manageable parts.

My first stop was at the Club Mahindra Kensville Golf Resort, located near Ahmedabad in Gujarat. To make the stay more comfortable, I had pre-booked a Studio Room and a Hotel Unit. The drive from Thane to Ahmedabad was long and tiring, and I finally reached the resort at an odd hour—3 AM to be precise. Despite the late arrival, the staff at the resort were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They ensured I had everything I needed to settle in comfortably after the long drive.

The resort itself was a haven of tranquility, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a refreshing break from the road. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing me with the much-needed rest and rejuvenation before the next leg of my journey. Although I didn’t get much time to explore the resort’s amenities, the serene ambiance made it a memorable stopover.
