Ipoh Tuck Kee Restaurant, Ipoh: Legendary Famous Moonlight Hor Fun in Perak, Malaysia (Oct 2022)

This is the second restaurant recommended to me, by my Ipoh friend, Y. Lim.

I ordered the perpetual crowd-pleaser, the 'Yu Kong Hor' (Moonlight Noodles). I wish I can order the second crowd-pleaser, the baby octopus, but my stomach didn't have enough space (I hope to come back again soon).

The Moonlight noodle is so named because of the raw egg yolk on top of the dark-colored Hor Fun (flat rice noodles) -- therefore it resembles the moon against the night sky.

Each plate of Hor Fun is made to order, and to me, each is also a fine work of art. Let's take a bite together!
