Moin has defied medical opinion since his parents were told he wouldn't live past his first birthday.
Now 17, he inspires others as an ambassador for Acorns Children’s Hospice, supporting other ill children. Diagnosed with Epidermolysis Bullosa at two months, he experiences constant pain from his skin condition.
Despite this, he finds joy in supporting Aston Villa and is dedicated to improving services at Acorns. His legacy will benefit sick children long after he turns 18.
