Tour of fantastic new housing at Irvine Harbourside | 71 new homes from North Ayrshire Council

North Ayrshire Council Housing Services were delighted to welcome the first tenants to their new homes at Irvine Harbourside last month. A short time before move-ins, we had a quick tour of a few of the fantastic properties that have been built.

North Ayrshire Council's ambitious house building programme is providing modern, energy-efficient and affordable homes across North Ayrshire that meet the different needs of our tenants.

By installing solar panels and features such as water saving taps and low energy lighting, we hope to make a real difference to our tenants' lives and help with energy costs.

More tenants are due to move into properties at the Harbourside in early 2023.
