Private Cop Plays Doctor, Lawyer and Expert on Recording the Police

Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen lost a Death Penalty Case involving the abuse, rape and murder of a 2 year-old-child. Three days after a BLM and MAGA protest in Downtown Los Gatos DA Jeff Rosen held a press conference to explain he will now change his office policies to cease seeking the death penalty. He also stated in response to the police brutality protests, he was no longer prosecute " standalone" resisting arrest cases, otherwise known as Penal Code 148 cases.

DA Jeff Rosen is the target of a public corruption investigation involving members of the First Amendment Auditing community, as well as freelance and citizen journalists who are using open sourcing for the investigation.
