In this episode, I filmed a vlog at JD Gym with one of my biggest inspirations here in Belfast — the amazing João Vitório, a Men’s Physique athlete who competes all around the world with incredible experience. I’m genuinely grateful for the time he spent with me, helping me correct my techniques and guiding me through an intense and motivating push workout. His support, knowledge, and positive energy meant a lot, and I’m truly thankful for the opportunity to learn from him. Looking forward to many more sessions in the future!
