The man was cited for the following:
Speed (M4)
Reckless Operation (MM)
Display of Plates (MM)
Seatbelt (MM)
The suspect is having a hard time showing up to court and he had a warrant issued for failure to appear, it was then recalled once he was arrested, and then another warrant was issued again after he failed to show up again.
