The walk begins on Brecon Street, descending the stairs into town, then continues along Shotover Street, where the famous Fergburger is surrounded by long queues — a true Queenstown icon. From Camp Street to Beach Street, the waterfront is buzzing with open restaurants, food stalls, and people everywhere.

Along the Queenstown waterfront and beach, families and friends gather at Earnslaw Park, relaxing, chatting, and soaking in the New Year vibes before the walk finishes at the beautiful Queenstown Gardens.
