This recipe is my own version of pasta with garlic mushroom sauce. Fried in butter and olive oil with garlic and a bit of thyme. Pasta such as linguine and pappardelle will be great for this too, I happened to have some mushroom and truffle ravioli in the fridge.
This would be a great weeknight dinner idea. It's not as heavy as a tomato-based sauce, not saying that butter is exactly a guilt-free ingredient. But hey, butter makes everything better, right?
Hope you enjoy this and try making it at home. If you want to make your own pasta, go for it too. If I can make it, so can you! :)
