Kansas City Eastern's Central City Switcher

One thing I've learned about trying to do a mini-op session on this "new" layout is that after I've filmed and am editing the video, new ideas keep coming up for this job. So there will be more to this coming at some point in the near future. Obviously nothing of it has been filmed yet, but hey, new project to start. It will also show more of the layout as well... unfinished with no scenery yet, but it'll give you a better idea of what the over all layout is like. It's really big, not train club big. but still, it's massive.

Today, my Wheeling & Lake Eire tunnel motor joins my KCE #4224, an SD40-3 rebuilt from an old SD45. They're working Yoakum's Yummy Chocolate factory in downtown Central City, switching out corn syrup tankers. The factory has three shipments a week, this one being the third. The next job will have another loaded tanker being brought in, and then all three of the empties picked up. Typically a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Saturday job with the empties being picked up on Mondays.
