The Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) has announced the commencement of the registration process for the allocation of residential plots under its ambitious Ramganga Nagar and Greater Bareilly Housing Scheme. This scheme offers a golden opportunity to acquire residential plots in Ramganga Nagar (Sectors 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10) and Greater Bareilly (Sector 4).
Important Dates and Application Procedure
The registration period is fixed from November 13, 2025, to December 12, 2025. Applicants must complete their registration within these dates. The allocation of plots will be carried out through a Lottery Draw on December 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Authority's office located in Sector 2, Ramganga Nagar Yojana.
The Application Booklet/Brochure can be obtained from the Authority's office and the authorized bank, HDFC Bank (Ramganga Nagar Residential Scheme Branch), by depositing ₹590/- (including GST). Interested applicants can also apply online through the Authority's official website:
