But it was created by Dr. Madan Kataria, and it’s basically a blend of intentional laughter and yogic breathing. So yes — you get the benefits of both laughing and deep breathing at the same time.
In this video, I’m going to break down the core benefits of Laughter Yoga, explain the principles it’s built on, and share something I found especially fascinating while researching it — the Duchenne Smile, one of the most genuine forms of human happiness.
