Hello, friends. I am Nukebrush and today we are going to make custom grot jet fighter.
My first work of the year (though it's been over ten years in the making). My Friends, I apologize for the long absence and THANK YOU to everyone who waited for a new video on this channel.
I've always liked Ork aircraft, but there were two things about the Dakka Jets and Blitz Bombers that irritate me. First, their neat appearance. Maybe You'll agree that when you think of Orks and Big Mek vehicles, you don't visualize orderly mass production conveyor; rather, your thoughts are about "how it even moves without falling apart or exploding?". Secondly, how few Grots and Gretchins are used in Ork military machine, and they always play a secondary roles. I decided to correct this injustice, and here it is, a creation from the forge of the Big Mek Nuk-Braage – the Grot Jet Fighta. It has everything the greenskin pilot could want – lots of Dakka, rocket-bombs, close combat blades and a professional Gretchin pilot permanently glued into the cockpit.
This video features thoughts on long-term modeling projects, pink planes and how to properly paint Grot Aces. It also covers - how to apply various yellow paints with a brush, combining metal painting techniques (NMM and/or TMM?), painting rockets and exhaust pipes, and, of course, applying decals, decorating a desert base, and other interesting (I hope) things. I think You'll enjoy it!
