Tonight we’re diving into Pathologic 3, the intense first-person psychological survival RPG where you play as Daniil Dankovsky, a doctor sent to a plague-stricken town on the remote steppe. The clock is ticking and you’ve got just 12 days to diagnose sickness, make hard choices, and try to change fate itself. Along the way we’ll be exploring haunting streets, meeting strange characters, and dealing with a new time system that lets you revisit past choices and see how they affect the future.

I’m looking forward to hanging out with you all live as we tackle this eerie and uncomfortable world together. Whether this is your first time seeing Pathologic or you’re already familiar with the series, expect strange moments, tough decisions, and plenty of conversation as we try to survive whatever this town throws at us.
