Massachusetts plate, the digits seem altered. law enforcement in Rhode Island and Massachusetts have been terrorizing me for nearly six years as I try to go about my life. they are tracking my location and coordinating harassment to cause me distress. every single day they are harassing me with numbers of ten to twenty unmarked cars .

I have over one thousand videos posted to you tube but the actual number of incidents/targeted attacks exceeds TENS OF THOUSANDS!


I'm followed to and from my home. they follow me along my work route as I make deliveries, they ride behind me flashing the highbeams. sometimes they ride ahead and just tap on the brakes, a deliberate signal



if I go for a jog on the road they will come after me there as well putting the highbeams on me, they go back and forth outside my house, I assume they track my phone as they know when I walk out the front door

they are following me to and into stores, they are following me home from work, they often get in front of my vehicle when I'm approaching my driveway and they let off the gas or tap ,tap the brakes on front of my home, a signal that they are following. causing me distress.


I had hoped they would leave me alone after a few months but months turned to years and here it is nearly six years later and I've born the suffering. calling police won't help so I'm posting publicly as much as I can.

it seems they are determined to break me at any cost and they don't give a damn that I'm recording them. they are creating a dangerous situation with this unrelenting harassment. ten to twenty of them trying to break my mind each night with flashing of highbeams and outright blinding me by riding on my side with the highbeams in my mirror, constant repetitive tapping of the brakes that is clearly taunting and provoking.

they have many times positioned themselves in front of my vehicle and just tapped the brakes for miles , these are criminal actions being carried out against me for a long period of time.I believe my life is in danger, these unrelenting attacks are an attempt on my life. the sheer volume and persistence of targeted attacks enough to break a person.
