DISNEY PIXAR CARS 2 RONNIE DEL COOPER

Ronnie Del Cooper is a Lightning McQueen fan who appeared in Cars 2, presumably somewhere during the Tokyo Grand Prix. He was only ever released once by Mattel, in a late 2011 4 pack that also included Lightning McQueen, Jeff Gorvette and Max Schnell. I review him in this video.
