Great reliable colors and amazing softbox and grid. Highly recommend if you're looking for a less expensive option for a continuous light source. Really is wonderful for video's with perfect sooc color balance.
Most portrait work I do involves a ton of color grading simply because I am more of a photoart photographer rather than a purest, BUT if you are, you will love this feature. I'll do more BTS as I use this light more. For now I am very pleased with its results.
