Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE) is located in Dalian in the northeast of China. With its beautiful coastal location and a mild climate, Dalian is one of the most vibrant cities in China and also a great place to live and study. DUFE was founded in 1952 and now it becomes one of China's top-ranked finance, banking and economics universities. The famous Hei Shijiao, which is DUFE's close neighbor, owns beautiful seaside and surrounded by lush mountains. DUFE has thirty years ' experience of international education , which educated more than 10,000 students from 120 countries. It has built an international students education management system which includes undergraduate, master and PhD programs both in Chinese medium and English medium. A relatively scientific educational pattern for international students in China has been formed, including academic education for undergraduates, postgraduates, and doctoral students (including courses taught in English), preparatory courses, long-term and short-term Chinese (business Chinese) and credit exchange, and other non-academic education. At present, our school has established 3 Confucius Institutes in the University of Southern Maine in the United States, the Southern University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, and Majjbel University in Slovakia. Our school is an institution accepting Chinese government scholarship international students and Confucius Institute scholarship students. It is a full-time teacher reserve institution for the Confucius Institute. It is the performance evaluation and financial management training base of the Confucius Institute. It is the first batch of education in Liaoning Province to study in China. The demonstration base is the Dalian base of the Training Center for Foreign Executives in Liaoning Province. It is a dual test center for the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) and the Business Chinese Test (BCT).
