01 大秦景教三威蒙度赞 San Wei Meng Du Zan of Da Qin Jingjiao

第一首曲目是唐代的《大秦景教三威蒙度赞》，这是被公认我国最早的基督教圣诗。原卷本是法国人伯希和发现并带走的敦煌文物珍品之一，现存法国国家图书馆。唐代的景教文物极少，记载景教在中国传播的《大秦景教流行中国碑》是我国第一批禁止出国展览的国宝级文物，因此这首诗歌的珍贵程度也可想而知，距今已有一千二百多年的历史。
“San Wei Meng Du Zan of Da Qin Jingjiao”
The first song, “San Wei Meng Du Zan of Da Qin Jingjiao,” is dated in the Tang dynasty, recognized as the earliest Christian hymn in China. The original scroll is one of the Dunhuang cultural relics discovered and taken away by the Frenchman Paul Pelliot, now the scroll is kept in the National Library of France. There are very few Jingjiao cultural relics of the Tang dynasty, and the “The Chinese tablet of the Dissemination of Da Qin’s Jingjiao” is the first batch of national treasure cultural relics forbidden to be exhibited abroad, so this poem is indeed invaluable. It has a history of more than one thousand two hundred years.
