First thing is first, i would recommend someone who has a new clutch or a clutch warranty before attempting to learn on a manuel. Just because you ARE GOING TO STALL IT before you learn how to drive it correctly. Stalling is not good for the engine or the clutch because the engine ceases.
I recommend practicing on a hill and straight road before driving by yourself in a standard on the main roads. PRACTICE IN THE BACK ROADS while your learning so you don't hurt or kill yourself or anybody else. Practice makes perfect, every clutch is differant and once you get the hang of it, its just a second nature. So good luck and i hope this helps with your curiousity of how hard it is. Because it's not hard at all. Practice, Practice, Practice.
