You asked for it. Here's some ride footage from WaveDaze, a free ride event in Virgnia Beach hosted by WaveJunkies. The waves weren't huge but there was plenty of big air to go around and hundress of custom jet skis on the beach.
In addition to the traditional jet ski tricks and racing, this weekend featured a race between a cluster of restored Kawasaki SC side-by-side jet skis. The Sea Couch, or Sea Chicken, as it is popularly known, allows the rider to bring along a passenger or two to join in on the action. Sounds like fun on a calm day but try jumping waves while sitting on a firm sofa! For the custom jet ski fanatic there were examples of modded rides from all the big manufacturers. Plenty of jetski backflips to go around.
