For the last month I have been living completely off the grid on a sustainable farm in the middle of the jungle in Costa Rica. It has been a very eye opening & profound experience that has connected me back to what truly matters. I have been assisting at a 200hr YTT with Soul School Yoga & also volunteering on the farm for the month that I've been here. I've learned so much more about yoga & so much about nature. It's been amazing to co-exist in such a harmonious way with all the living things around me. I'm so grateful.
