Hike through a verdant forest to the summit of Monte Rosa.
To get there, hike along the Mossy Brook Trail. The surroundings are scenic.
Water gushes around rocks and boulders, some of them covered by thick
carpets of moss. How thick? Press your hand into it the moss. See what I mean?
Miniature waterfalls enhance the scenery.
Higher up the mountain, the hiking trail breaks away from the forest.
Hike across exposed slabs of rock between spruce trees.
