The VIRAL Weight Loss Exercises for Complete Beginners - ONLY 3 MINUTES Everyday
This is my most popular exercise that has helped so many people to lose weight at home. You can do it whilst watching TV or on your phone or reading book.
Today I'm showing you the way to do it correctly and more efficiently. There are 2 levels for EACH exercise. You can chose the easier level to start with then move to the next level when you feel comfortable.
Each exercise will be for 30 seconds then move to the next one.
I didn't add any music. Before you start, switch on the music you love and follow along the exercise.
Do this exercise AT LEAST 3 minutes everyday for one month to see the result!
In order to see the faster result, you can repeat the exercise ( 3 times/day or as many as you want).
REMEMBER: CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!
Do it EVERYDAY. It can be just ONE time per day but you need to do it regularly instead of 10 times/day but just for 1-2 days 🤔
