BRAND NEW REAL TIME WORKOUT!
This time it's tabata protocol, 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, with a ONE MINUTE Isometric hold at the end of EACH tabata.
There are 6 different tabata's you will complete. Each tabata will be 2 different moves. Each tabata will take 4 minutes, with the 1 minute hold, or 5 minutes total. This workout will take you anywhere from 30-40 minutes to complete, depending on the rest you take between each tabata set.
Tabata ONE
Jump Lunges and Push Ups
ISO hold: low plank position
Tabata TWO:
Star Jumps and Renegade Rows
Iso hold: wall sit
Tabata THREE:
Burpees and Sumo Squat Pulses
Iso Hold: Sumo Squat(weighted)
Tabata FOUR:
Double Hi Knees and Front Raises
Iso Hold: DB Front raise
Tabata FIVE:
KB Swings and Arnold Press
Iso Hold: Shoulder Press
Tabata SIX:
Monster Climbers and Reverse Lunges
Iso Hold: One side Lunge weighted (30 seconds each side)
