All of our recipes are 100% gluten, dairy, soy, corn, and peanut free.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups cashews
3 TBS nutritional yeast
3 garlic cloves
4 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1.5 cups water
1, 14 ounce can artichoke hearts
4 ounces fresh spinach, diced small (about 4 cups)
Watch the video for full directions, but bake covered for 10 minutes and then remove covering and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
