Who remembers Asham? Some know it as Chilibibi or Chanm Chanm, whatever the case I got you covered with this dehydrator version of this old school Caribbean parched corn recipe.
Ingredients you will need
▢2 cups of loose sweet corn kernels (or use 1 cup of popcorn kernels) double/triple the amount for a larger quantity
▢coconut sugar to taste (can use raw organic cane sugar or a mixture of both)
No more having to wait until corn season as this recipe covers have to make asham using some fresh sweet corn.
